Write an e-mailWhat helps us investigate
- Say whether you were creating, joining, reconnecting or playing in a Remote or Automated game.
- Describe the steps you took, the error you saw, and roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
- Mention your device, browser and KaoChess page without copying the private Room link.
- If you attach a screenshot, hide links, tokens, names and other private details first.
Keep access and private information out of your message
Do not send a Room invitation link, Place access token, private Hand or Deck information, or someone else's personal details. We do not need them to begin helping you.
