Terms of use
The conditions for using this personal, free game.
Free play
KaoChess is a free game for Remote play with a friend or an Automated player. It has no account, payment, subscription, advertising or player chat.
Expected behavior
Use the service fairly, share Room invitations only with the people you intend to play with, and do not attempt to disrupt the game, its server or other players.
Room lifetime
A Room lives only in server memory and expires 24 hours after creation, the second Place arrives, or the last accepted game or rematch Intention, including one from an Automated player. Merely viewing an invitation or reconnecting does not extend this deadline. A restart or redeployment may remove the Room, game and Journal earlier.
Availability
KaoChess may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or an interruption. An in-memory game cannot be recovered after its Room is lost; start a new Room to play again.
